This policy applies to all Digital Ocean products and services, including:

- Hosting and domain setup
- Logo design and brand assets
- Social media content and marketing materials
3. Refunds for Services
- Due to the customised and digital nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once a project or service has commenced.
- Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if no design or development work has yet begun.
- All deposits paid are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and initial project resources.
- Once design proofs or drafts have been provided, full payment is required even if you decide not to proceed.
4. Hosting & Subscription Services
- Hosting and subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable.
- Service cancellations will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
- If you wish to move your hosting elsewhere, we can assist with migration at standard service rates.
5. Revisions & Changes
- We include a set number of revisions in each package, as stated in your proposal or quote.
- Once final files are approved, any additional changes or edits are charged at our hourly or per-item rate.
6. Faults or Errors
- If a genuine fault or error is found in work delivered by Digital Ocean, we will promptly correct it at no cost.
- Corrections or refunds will not be provided where an issue arises due to client-provided content, third-party services, or misuse.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your service is defective or not delivered as described, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.
8. Refund Process
To request a refund or discuss a service issue, please contact us via email. Requests must include your name, contact details, invoice number, and a description of the issue.
We will respond within 3–5 business days and work with you to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
